free RCAV Friday Report...

However, if this does not happen or if you use Yahoo! mail,
Hotmail, Gmail or another
web-based e-mail account, you will need to copy and paste this

The e-mail does not need a subject or body text in the
message.

of Vancouver) sends out an update to any and all who wish to
subscribe. The update comes in the form of an e-mail sent directly to
you every Friday. The e-mail contains links
to the latest changes and information on the site,
including the latest Archdiocesan news and events,
calendar tidbits and links to the latest samplings of the
B.C. Catholic
