The Discipleship Series: Faith-Sharing with a Mission of Love
September 11 Leader Training
The Office of Religious Education is pleased to introduce the Discipleship Series, highlighted in Our Sunday Visitor news weekly as 'What Works' in Adult Faith Formation. On September 11th, Discipleship Series author Christopher Ruff will conduct a leadership training workshop in Vancouver.
At this workshop, Mr. Ruff will discuss:
- The vision, mission and promise of the Discipleship Series;
- It's unique capacity to unite the inner life of inspiration and prayer with the call to active love of neighbour;
- The power of small-group faith-sharing for achieving this goal while building parish fellowship;
- Practical tips for running the Discipleship Series.
The workshop will conclude with a break-out session for a condensed experience of a Discipleship Series session.
