The resources have been electronically catalogued and consist of over 30,000 Books, Audio Cassettes, VHS Video Tapes, DVDs, Music CD's, and Reference Materials. The catalogue is searchable online.
It is the responsibility of the organization borrowing materials to insure
that all copyright restrictions are respected including the use for
presentation of videotapes and DVD's.
Location & Hours
The Resource Library is on the 2nd floor at 150 Robson Street, Vancouver.
It is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm, holidays excepted.
Funding & Lending Practices
The library is funded by the Archdiocese of Vancouver for the benefit of its Parishes, Schools, RCIA programs, Marriage Preparation, PREP programs, Adult Religious Education, and Conferences.
IMPORTANT: If Library Items are required within 48 hours,
you should call the ORE office 604 683 0281 to request items and arrange for pickup.

User's requests wil be filled based on the information provided, i.e., your full name, school (parish) name and location. Schools and Parishes may be provided a PATRON NUMBER to help track loaned items. Requests will be filled on a "first come, first served" basis. If you have had no response within 24hours, please call us.
Delivery of Loaned Material
The CISVA “school” courier operates most Wednesdays during the school year. It delivers items from 150 Robson Street to Catholic Schools. Please note, if your Parish does not have a School, you may be asked to pickup items requested.
